The Managing Partner at Phaff Legal, Andrew is a results-driven attorney providing on-demand and fully remote legal consulting and contracting services as well as full representation to individuals, businesses, and law firms.
For his business and corporate clients, Andrew provides legal advice and consultation in areas such as contract drafting and negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, legal entity formation and corporate structuring, corporate compliance, and other ad hoc legal issues encounted in the day-to-day of running a business. Andrew specializes in integrating his legal services into the preexisting structure of his business clients, so it’s like having an in-house lawyer without the costly salary or retainer fees.
For law firm clients, Andrew provides civil litigation contracting support, utilizing his experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in the realms of contract and business disputes, labor and employment disputes, landowner and premises liability, construction and construction defect disputes, personal injury, and constitutional rights violations. Legal contracting services available upon request include claim evaluation; drafting and review of complaints and answers; all aspects of dispositive motion practice; discovery review and disputes; and ad hoc research projects, including statutory and legislative history review as well as classic case law precedent review and compilation. Drawing from his experience as a litigator and time spent clerking in the judiciary, Andrew excels at filling the need for dependable, detailed-orientented attorney work without the delays of onboarding a new attorney or the commitment to a new full-time employee.
